Since April 2011, Desso shares are held by Bencis Capital Partners (majority shareholder) and the current management board. Bencis Capital Partners is an independent private equity firm targeting medium sized companies in the Benelux countries from its offices in Amsterdam and Brussels. Bencis invests in solid companies in various industries that are led by strong and ambitious management teams. The companies have leading positions in their respective markets and are well positioned for further (international) expansion.
